I am writing this on behalf of Christina Duarte.

I had the pleasure of

working as a SPED Aide with Ms. Duarte last year and I can say that in my
experience with her, she was always the consummate professional. When on
the job, Christinas only concern is the children with whom she is interacting.
She does not engage in idle gossip and when those around her gossip, she
graciously walks away. Christina is also very effective at resolving conflict.
She confronts issues head on and speaks logically and intellectually about
the matter without getting emotional or petty. She will tell you openly when
she disagrees with you but not in a rude or abrasive manner. She is willing
to listen to the other side of things and will change her opinion when she
feels it is in the best interest of the kids for her to do so. I believe that her
professionalism will be a true asset to her in her teaching profession.
