Patient remains in hospital Treatment and possible

until stable and discharged by referral to psychiatrist if
medical staff and psychiatrist prescription drugs are
warranted

After patient is discharged and Gather patient satisfaction

before returning to work, information
he/she is counseled by one of
the staff members at OrthoPro
Continue self-care and routine
follow up appointments with
appropriate team members
Once patient is cleared for
work, he/she attends routine
counseling and treatment until
completely discharged by Second round of patient
mental health team satisfaction to drive quality
improvement
