THE SEDUCED AND DUMPED CALVIN BURGESS.

I don't really have a term to refer to such a dumb American who allow himself to be
fucked up in Luo triangle of corruption. The chain of this corruption is made up of
pieces of friends and relatives, some of those who are threatening to sue Calvin
knows little if not nothing about what exactly happened in 2003.Even myself, I rely
on data collected from Chiefs and media, though, am a victim of Burgess inhuman
act. In the past few days, the Nation Media reported that victims were to be
reparated by money which was deposited in certain account but withdrawn after
few days by signatories. The question that lies here is who were the victims or what
is the meaning of victim within this context...victim in this context ought to include
those whose land were taken, those whose land were not taken but who depended
on part of the land occupied by Burgess for any of the following purposes; herding,
fetching water, hunting, fishing or any economic use and whom due to such
occupation, were disabled from acquiring such interest as from time to time they
were used to. Whereas most of Burgess allegations might be true, certain claims
like the area was ravaged by death and diseases and that he brought civilization
might not be true. A further claim that he was a strong Christian is also
questionable. If it is true that the area was ravaged by diseases, then at least
Burgess could have provided evidence of him building hospitals to help the
vulnerable patients, otherwise, if it is true that the area was ravaged with diseases
and death, and there is no evidence of building hospitals by Burgess either, then
Burgess either abetted or aided in the killing or the death of the sick by denying
them water or clean water as the case maybe, brought by draining all water from
the swamp and/or using harmful agro-chemicals which made the water unsafe for
human and animal consumption. It is also clear from the nemo dat rule that no one
can give what he himself do not have. While it is true that most white men are
civilized, I doubt whether Calvin was civilized enough to share it with the people of
Siaya, if he was, then he could have known that Kenyan leaders are corrupt and
can't be trusted with money and could have suggested to buy land and build for
those who lost it and provide alternative source of water for the families who relied
on the swamp for water while at the same time provide jobs for those who looked at
the swamp as source of livelihood. As a Christian, we doubt it because during the
precolonial period, the British who came to Kenya used the same trick of being
missionaries yet they were jackals in sheepskin. With all these said, I now turn my
attack on Siaya leaders. His Excellency the governor claims that Burgess should
either comply with the people's needs or pack and go but he leaves us in darkness
who the people are, or what these needs are, the accusation made by Burgess were
that certain leaders wanted to extort money from him or in short want him to be
their sponsor (blesser), are these the people's needs your honor, are such leaders
the people with whom the investor must meet their needs? Your honor, good leader
attack with intelligence, call Calvin before the County assembly and listen to his
allegation so that you can make informed Judgement.Do not surprise those who
relied on you as their role model, do not either portray yourself as dependent
leader. Remember, if you make wrong judgment then your legacy will remain as the
failed governor of Siaya.
I told Siaya people to help me pray to God to bless Tuju for his great deed and this
came into pass that Tuju eventually got a job. I later told them to help me pray for
Nyangera village to get clean water to drink and from this Babylon confusion in
Dominion farm, I can foresee the white man going back and Nyangera recovering its
sweet samba water.
