Tomorrow,allthe9thgradestudentsplus27seniorleaderswillbeattendinganalldayRespectRetreatputonby
YouthFrontiers,inthebluebarn.

IwillbeplacingNAMETAGSforthestudentsinyourmailboxesthisafternoonforanyteacherthathasa9thgraderinyour
2ndhourclass.Pleasegrabthosenametagsandhavethemavailableforyourstudentstomorrowafterattendanceis
taken.Thesenametagsneedtobegiventotheminsecondhourtomorrowandwornwhenenteringtheblue
barntomorrow.

Planfortheday:

RespectRetreattime:Theretreatwillbeginat9:15amandendat2:45pm.9thgradestudentsthemorningofthe29th,
willgotofirsthourclassesasnormal,checkintotheir2ndhourforattendance,gettheirnametagfromtheirsecond
hourteacherandthenweaskthatyoupleasewalkyour9thgradeclassestotheBlueBarnafteranannouncementis
madetodoso.

SeniorLeaders:Seniorleaderswillneedtobeinthebluebarnat8:30amfortrainingfortheday.Iwillsendpassesfor
thesestudentstobeletoutofclassat8:15tocomedowntothecommons.TheywillbeleadingtheRespectretreat
until2:45.

Lunch:Weareplanningabaglunchforthestudentsinthebluebarn.Theywillnotbecomingbackintothelunchroom.

9:25am).ThereisnoPLCthatdaysosomeofyouwillbeusedduringthattime.Participationintheretreatisvery
minimal.YouthFrontiersrunstheshow.Allyouneedtodoisshowup,relax,superviseandparticipateonlyifthe
retreatleadersaskyoutodoso.

Lunchforteachers:Wewillalsoprovidesupportingstafffora30minutelunchawayfromtheretreat.Pleasestagger
lunchestoensurewehaveenoughteachingstaffsupervisingduringtheretreat.
