To whom it may concern,

To have the opportunity to teach at your school would be an exciting and

rewarding experience. I know that taking on that responsibility will be a promise
of dedication to the school, as well as the whole community. To take on the role
as an educator is not to be taken lightly, and I will put my all into succeeding in
that role.

Through my experience as a tutor, I had the chance to interact with a diverse

population of students. Each student had different motivators, and required
multiple methods of engagement, which is a factor in every student. This
position showed me the importance of getting to the crux of why students do
what they do, whether it be positive or negative behavior.

Learning is not just about getting students to the average, but about students
growing and progressing from where they started. Its about showing students
they are all capable of expanding their knowledge, no matter what level they are
at. If provided the opportunity to work at your school, I will take each student
where they are at and take them as far as they can go.
