facility. 1 was Ms. Alexander's clinical instructor for the course titled “Acute and
Chronic Illness Management IT” in the baccalaureate-nursing program at the University of
Arizona, College of Nursing. Ms. Alexander provided care for patients in the Trauma &
Medical Intensive Care Unit. In addition, Ashley cared for patient in the Cardiothoracic
Intensive Care unit at Banner University Medical Center in Tyeson, Arizona, have
known Ashley since August 2016 and have found her to be an outstanding student.
Ms, Alexander’s academic and clinical performance was outstanding. She eagerly
accepts challenging situations, works diligently, and is self-directed. Ashley has shown
the kind of initiative, which is necessary to be successful over the long-term in the
nursing field, Ashley's strengths include leadership, dedication, organization, ability to
take direction, possesses computer-based skills as well as performance under pressure, In
addition, she quickly acquires new skills and is a strong team player. Ashley's
accomplishments include being a member of Sigma ‘Theta Tau lnvernational and the
student president of the Student Nurses of University of Arizona (SNUA) for the past
