Each of the group are required to conduct a strategic audit for an organisation, which will be assigned
by your course instructor.
The main objective of this project is to train and scrutinising methods of analysis that will be used in
identifying organisations abilities, potentials, and new findings that could be suggested based from the
analysis within the timeframe allocated for each group.
Principally, the group project consists of the following:
