Details of Report:
Todd Cook was a quiet student in school, Known as active
gamer, Was bullied by students for being in video game
club for war games, Todd Cook told Laura Williams he is
getting tired of the bullies, Laura and Stephen Williams
told Todd Cook he has to man up. Todd Cook told Darrell
Cook Im going to shoot the bullies and Laura and
Stephen Williams like the general did the enemies in the
game, Darrell Cook did not take this warning serious. The
next day Todd Cook looked for bullies whose names are
unknown. Todd Cook did not find them. When asked by
Laura and Stephen Williams Did you man up yet? Todd
Cook responded Is this man enough for you!? Todd
Cook then pulled out a machine gun shot 20 shots
towards Laura and Stephen Williams, Shooting Laura
Williams in her leg and Stephen Williams in his arm

Action Taken: Todd Cook is charged with Assault with a

Deadly Weapon and will serve a term of 25 years in prison
with a chance of Parole.
