AIR GAP TECHNIQUE
This is an alternative to using a grid. By increasing the distance from the patient to the IR
(01D), this reduces the amount of scatter radiation hitting the board. For example, a 10 inch gap
has the same degree of clean up as a 15:1 grid on a part that measures at 10 cm.Notebook 1
