THE ARMA-BROWN GYRO COMPASS Mk.IODISTRIBUTTON BOX (Code $8713) INTRODUCTION 1 The Distribution Box Unit provides. the facility for receiving the Mk.10 Compass Transmission signals ‘and the 50 volt D.C, Repeater | illumination supply from the Switch and Junction Box Unit, and distributing these supplies to user equipment as required via eight individual groups of terminations. ‘The Unit comprises of two internally mounted terminal blocks contained in a splash proof metal box, which is bulkhead mounted. DESCRIPTION ‘The box houses the main interconnecting terminal blocks, access to which is?obtained by opening the unit door, secured by two screws. Proviston for interconnecting cable connections is provided by flexible cable entries located at the base of the unit.
