LETTER - AGREEMENT

Dear Ms. Paras:

This is to formalize our Agreement regarding advertisement placement in

the Marquee located at the CCP Little Theater Entrance Landscape and
Billboard at Macapagal Avenue with the following terms and conditions:

1. The Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) shall provide

advertisement space for the KALOOBAN with 25ft x 7ft and 5ft x 7ft
marquee at the CCP Little Theater Entrance Landscape, 12m x 3m
billboard at Macapagal Avenue and on CCP e-billboard on October 22-
November 10, 2013.

2. In return the KALOOB shall pay the Cultural Center of the Philippines
(CCP) the amount of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY NINE THOUSAND
SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS (P129,680.00). Breakdown is as
follows:

Billboard: 2,800 x 20 days = 56,000.00

Less: 50% discount 28,000.00
28,000.00
Additional:
Installation/Dismantling fee 1,200.00
29,200.00

25x7 Marquee: 100,800.00

Less: 50% discount 50,400.00
50,400.00
 5x7 Marquee: 20,160.00
Less: 50% discount 10,080.00
10,080.00

CCP e-billboard:
P50.00/spot
80 spots/day x 20 days 80,000.00
Less: 50% discount 40,000.00
40,000.00

Total P 129,680.00
