Scott Olsen
Westminster College Flight Operations
180 N 2400 W STE 200
Salt Lake City, UT 84116

Dear Mr. Olsen,

I am very excited to finally have the opportunity to apply to the Westminster

College Flight Operations program as a certified flight instructor. As my
collegiate education comes to a close, it seems appropriate that I give back
to a program and a community that has provided me with exceptional
resources and training since my enrollment in 2013. I would be honored to
offer the same level of aviation training to future students, and to continue
my professional development with such a reputable program.

For nearly the past four years, I have had many opportunities to become
deeply involved with the Flight Operations program. Such opportunities
include working closely with head dispatchers and CFIs as a dispatch
assistant, cleaning the fleet and servicing the flight line as an aviation
assistant, assisting admissions by conducting flight simulator sessions and
tours for prospective students, and aiding the Flight Operations staff in
interview processes. Through these experiences, I have become proficient in
the use of ETA and student documentation, familiar with part 141
coursework, and I have gained an in-depth understanding of the culture and
procedures that distinguish the Westminster College Flight Operations
program. As a CFI for the program, I will continue to offer high levels of work
ethic with passion, enthusiasm, and integrity.

Thank you for this opportunity and your consideration for the position. I can
be contacted at (435) 650-5374, or by email at
ccf0217@westminstercollege.edu. I am available for an interview, and I hope
to speak with you soon.

Sincerely,
Collin Fleck
