(Metalizing)
1990 Take-over by PT. Argha Karya Prima Industry (AKPI) as vertical integration
from film business
1992 Merger of Filmeco into AKPI, going public of AKPI

1993 Major investments to increase capacity and quality

1996 Marketing of products under the brand name: Flexipack-Converting

Tangerang
1997 Establishment of PT. Interkemas Flexipack through VAW Europack GmbH,
Germany and take over of all operations in Tangerang

1998 Start Blown-Film operation

1999 Achievement of ISO 9001- Certification from TUV Indonesia

2000 Apply Start Solvent-Free Technology

2002 Opening Pharma Center of Flexipack

2003 Upgrade ISO 9001 from 1994 to the 2000 version

2003 Group acquisition by Alcan

2008 Group acquisition by Rio Tinto, became Rio Tinto Alcan

2009 Group acquisition by Amcor , became PT. Flexipack.
