It is the perfect time to gather evidence/place noise complaint calls to Metro police, am working with the city attorney who successfully filed an injunction against Soulshine. Two weeks ago Rebar paid a fine for violating the noise ordinance. To quote the attorney "with additional complaints we can ask for an injunction or enter into an agreed order similar to the one entered into between Soulshine and Metro". This is one step forward from where we are now and we must start somewhere with action. | need as many residents as possible to respond to me immediately and be willing to make a phone call reporting loud music. Respond to me immediately (not Martha) with your email or cell number to receive a text JIE you are willing to be a part of the calls we place if/when the loud music begins at the bars this Friday/Saturday evening.
