I am writing this letter on behalf of Rayveon Slaton, a senior at Merced High School in

Merced, CA. I am a counselor at Merced High school and ive been here for over 10+ years.

Rayveon and I met his sophomore year coming in, he was a transfer from El Capitan High School.

Rayveon is a talented kid, he is well educated in the classroom and he takes care of

business on the football field. The moment we met i knew he would become something special and

move on to play football in college. His plans are to continue his football career at the College Of

San Mateo and obtain an Associate's degree to later transfer to a 4 year university. I believe in him

a lot being that hes came from a rough childhood, where he has told me nothing was ever given to

him easy it was always earned.

With great integrity and courage im glad to have the opportunity to write this letter of

recommendation for Rayveon and i hope he prevails in his life after high school. To Rayveon thank

you for being a great student and athlete for our school i wish you the best!
