Activity Name:

Brain Fuel

Purpose:
The purpose of this activity is to let people know about some of the things that someone
can do to help deal with depression. We are doing the meditation because it's a that
people can relax and forget everything. We are doing the smoothies because people
can also help their brains by eating or drinking something that it good tasting and very
healthy.

Audience to take away:


Something that I would like the audience to take away would be ways that they can deal
with depression. One of the ways is to meditate and the other is to keep a healthy diet.

Engaging:
People would get a break and meditate for a couple of minutes and then would have a
healthy little snack afterwards.
