Sub: Request for an opportunity to do major concurrent project in your Organization

during March May 2017.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We derive pleasure in introducing ourselves as one of the few reputed Universities
preparing students for middle level management required by industries and trade, by way of
giving a two year rigorous course in various discipline like Marketing, Finance and HRD,
leading to MBA Degree.

Exposure to realities of day-to-day business operations is necessary and with this idea,
we have included major concrete program of 60 days at the end of the 2 year management
course. The students are expected to work in selected organization and also comply with the
instruction of the host organization and work under their total control. At the end of the 60-
days program, the students are expected to submit the report preferably presented formally
and countersigned by the internal guide in the organization.

With this background we wish to depute Mr. BASAVARAJ R ASUNDI studying in

the second year MBA (academic year 2015-17) to work in your esteemed organization with an
