To whom it May Concern,
Itis my pleasure to write on behalf of Brenda Payan. She would make an excellent
addition to the College of Education Program. She exonerates the qualities of a hard
working student.
| met Brenda in January of 2017 as one of my students in the ecology lab course |
taught at UTEP. Brenda is one of the top students in my class. Her hard work and
dedication is reflected in all of her assignments. In the classroom she leads students in
her group. Her positive influence and work ethic has allowed her group to accomplish
tasks in a timely manner.
Her ability to balance her home life, school and work is impressive. As a full time
student, mother and employee, she demonstrates her management skills and effective
communication skills. She is very dependable and always follows through with her word.
Brenda's success in school is no coincidence; she puts in the time needed outside of
class and always finishes projects. Brenda displays exceptional strength of character
with her passion for ecology. During the semester a class trip was planned allowing
students to have field biology experience in a camp setting. When informed about a
class trip, she went the extra mile and practiced the camping experience with her family
in the Gila National Forest.
| strongly believe that students would greatly benefit from her knowledge. | am confident
that Brenda will go above and beyond in the College of Education program. She will
become and exemplary teacher.
Sincerely,
