Ms. Payan was a pharmacy technician at Walgreens for approximately two years under my supervision, She was initially hired at a different location, but filled in for us one day. ‘After seeing her initiative and eagerness to help, I requested she be moved to my store permanently. Ms. Payan trained under my supervision and excelled in every aspect of the position. She was a relatively new technician prior to her working for me. After her very first day, I strived to get her a permanent position at my location. People like Ms. Payan are hard to find and [ attempt to retain the very best staff members. In my ten years as a pharmacist she has shown a raw talent and aptitude that few have. In her short time at Walgreens, she has blossomed into a wonderful technician and I am confident that with time, training, and experience she will succeed in any endeavor. Ms. Payan has always been adaptable and flexible to the needs of others. She developed a wonderful rapport with customers and staff. She has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, reliable and computer literate. Ms. Payan can work independently and as part of a team. She is very responsible and can be trusted to perform any task assigned to her. Not only is Ms. Payan a fast learner, but she puts great care and thought into everything she does. Outside of work, Ms. Payan has shown herself to be a wonderful person who truly loves science and wants to share her love of the subject with children, She has a passion for the subject which is only matched by her dedication to succeed. 1am confident that Ms. Payan has the capability to excel in any situation and will execed all the requirements and expectations of your program.
