FAQ's for the E-Cards

Q.1-What all advantages employee can get who has opted for E Card facility?
Sol.1- a) Employee can easily download the e-cards from given login details
b) Employee can also search Hospital Network list
c) Employee can check they claim status
d) Employee can also check policy benefits
e) Employee can also download claims forms for reimbursement & Pre-auth
forms for cashless in emergency

Q.2- Is the validity of the E Cards and plastic cards same.


Sol.2- Yes, both of them has same validity and acceptance across the country & will
be valid till the validity date of policy mentioned on the card

Q.3-If any member has not received the login details for the E Cards.
Sol.3- Firstly, enrolment team check that at which e-mail address team have sent
the details and cross check it with the concerned person. After the confirmation
enrolment team sent the login details again with a new password.

Q.4-Password can be changed by the member or not?


Sol.4- All the passwords are system generated hence they cannot be changed.

Q.5-What happens if the login details are forgotten by the member?


Sol.5-If the details are forgotten then enrolment team resent again the login details
to the concerned member & also login details are share with HR Team.

Q.6-What happens if the Login details are not working?


Sol.6-Firstly enrolment team check what type of error the policy holder is facing
and according to that team rectify it.

Q.7-What will happen if the site is not working?


Sol.7-If Employee faces any error while downloading the e-cards employee can
send the mail to the id (health@bajajallianz.co.in) or in emergency soft copy of e-
cards are provided to employees id.

Q.8-If there are any changes required to be in the member details or if the Member
wants any rectification to be done in the details what is the procedure?
Sol.8-The member has to send a mail to health@bajajallianz.co.in with DOB OR
Name proof stating what changes are to be done and as per the given request and
our procedure the corrections will be done but if any endorsement is needed to be
passed for the correction then the client will have to bear with the additional time
which will require to complete all these activities. Also they can use blog option to
raise any queries / corrections they required in member details.

Q.9-If any member is not able to view any dependent's details?


Sol.9-Firstly enrolment team crosschecks it with our Master Database and sees that
the concerned Member has enrolled his/her dependents under the policy or not. If
not then we ask the concerned department to look into this, On the other hand if
the member has been enrolled under the policy whose details are not visible then
enrolment team check for any technical issues and the solution for the same from
our end.

Q.10-If any employee wants to add any dependent under the policy?
Sol.10-For the enrolment of any new member (natural addition) the process is
same, after passing the endorsement the new member is enrolled and then the
employee is able to download the E Card of the newly added dependent.

Q.11-What other details does our company require for giving the E Card facility.
Sol.11-In addition to regularly used mandatory fields enrolment team require the
email ids of all the Employees to which enrolment team can send the login details
for the E Cards.

Q.12-If any employee wants to delete any dependent under the policy?
Sol.12-The member has to send a mail to their HR Team OR
health@bajajallianz.co.in with the deletion details, after passing the deletion
endorsement the dependent member is deleted.
