The Mughals has cotton and spices.

Whereas

The Venetians has been a sea main empire with powerful

merchant ships and a powerful navy.

Whereas

The Mughals has no ships and no navy but we are a land based
empire.

The Mughals will have limited access and the Venetian will also
have limited access to each of the ports.

We will welcome the Venetians to our empire happily and

peacefully the Venetian will welcome us peacefully the same
way.

In return will have trade peacefully with each other and will
with each other if one of the each empires are in trouble.
