Stop frame techniques

From the research that I have gathered a lot of the most popular shows that are
for kids are mostly stop motion films the reason for this is because with a stop
motion film you can make pretty much anything you want and you can get them
to do anything that you want. On the other hand, it does take a lot of time to
make them as ever movement has to be photographed a lot of times and it can
take day to make a signal seen. It can be very difficult to make a stop motion one
of the mine people that makes stop motion animation is Aardman Animations is a
British animation studio. The company itself is based in Bristol and is one of the
most renowned animation companies for stop motion clay animation, especially
Wallace and Gromit. The company was founded in 1972 when Peter Lord and
David Sproxton registered the name Aardman Animation after leaving university.
In the year 1985, they met Nick Park at the national film and television school he
was work on the first Wallace and Gromit film a Grand Day Out. He joined the
company full time after that in 1985. There next project was in the year 1986
they created the stop motion music video for Peter Gabriels Sledgehammer. In
1990, they won an Academy Award for Nick Parks TV series Creature Comforts.
They had further success in 1993 where Nick Park won an Oscar for their second
Wallace and Gromit film could the Wong Trousers.
