EBIP Wnen Research Validated Intervention Programs do not meet the needs of the individual student, schools may employ an evidence-based instructional program while monitoring data and adjusting instruction based on the evidence of the re- sponse. Rationale * Describe the student's need that supports placement in an evidence-based instructional program. + Describe intervention history and assessment data, including participation in Research Validated Intervention Programs (RVIP). Goal Identify the specific curricular standard(s) of instructional need. School-based program description « Describe the implementation model (frequency, duration, set- ting, and staff responsible}. « Identify instructional resources and strategies that will be uti- lized. Evidence of progress monitoring » Identify assessments that will be utilized to measure the re- sponse. » Based on the evidence of response, determine if the program needs to be adjusted. ° Identify criteria for exiting.
