The Bridge of Light Technique

This is a very simple Reiki technique consisting in the creation of a Bridge of Light
connecting the sender to the receiver.

Perform the Kenyoku.

Draw HSZSN and SHK symbols and activate them.

Express (and visualize) the intention that a Bridge of Light manifests,

connecting you to someone or to a given place.

Draw and activate the CKR.

Send energy for 5 to 15 minutes, visualizing the bridge connecting you to the
receiver.

This technique enables us to develop the capacity to focus ourselves in the Reiki
energy and, at the same time, increases our perception as the interaction with the
receiver is accentuated.

During a Reiki treatment, one of the most important things is to keep the client
grounded. In order to ground the client, I generally visualize the clients roots and
guide them, either to the earth nucleus, where I anchor them or to a river deep inside
the earth, where the roots discharge all the negative energy. Sometimes its hard to
deploy the roots and, when that happens, I use a Bridge of Light to connect clients
roots to the nucleus and discharge therein the negative energy.

The Bridge of Light Technique can be used to treat a specific point of receivers
needing treatment, as it pinpoints the specific point where you want to send the
energy to.
