No returns from this Corps giving any detailed or general ac-
count of its movements and participation in actions since it entered
the service has been received, but from the few monthly reports
received and other records the following facts aro presented :
The company left the State November 13th, 1801, with the
Eleventh Regiment, and on arrival at Washington was attached to
the Second Regiment of United States Sharpshootars as Company
D. The company was stationed at or near Washi Camp
fIustraction until March 19th, when the camp was broken ond
the command joined Gen. Angus! Brigade of King’s Division, then
to Gen. MeDowell’s Corps. On Wednesday, May: 31st,
while being transported by railroad from Gntlett’s Stati
on of the cars killed one and wounded twenty-
