1. What is the Constitution?

It is our fundamental law.

It explains how is organized Spain (Political and Territorial organization) and our rights and
duties.
It was approved in 1978

2. Explain the Political organization of Spain

Spain is a Democratic and Social State,

A Democratic State means that the citizens choose and vote for their political leaders in
elections.

A social State means that citizens have rights, duties and freedom

The values of our State are: freedom, justice and equality.

3. Which are the values of our State?

They are freedom, justice and equality.

4. How is the territorial organization of Spain?

The Constitution says that Spain is organized in several administrations liked with the Central
Goverment. They are:
Municipalities
Province
The Autonomous Communities

What symbols (emblemas) are there in Spain?

They are three : The Badge, the flag and the hymn
