I am Joyce V. Dayondon, a fourth year student taking up Bachelor of Science

in Mining Engineering and a Non-Academic Scholar assigned at the College
Library specifically at the Cataloging Section.

I would like to ask from your good office to allow me to be reassigned in any
department every Saturday duties this summer class. The Saturday class is
in conflict with my morning duty in the library. Attached is my plotted
