I have known Alexus for approximately one and a half years and am inspired by her enthusiasm and sense of responsibility. Her Contributions to my classes over this time period have left me with a highly favorable opinion of her abilities. Alexus has proven to be an integral part of the student body at Carson Senior High School. She has participated in many different activities including various clubs such as CSF, Black Student Union, Natural Beauties and the Boys’ and Girls’ Club. Alexus takes her roles as a student and club representative quite seriously and performs all of her many responsibilities in a professional and efficient manner, Alexus also possesses great time-management and organizational skills. She is hard working and dedicated to her academics. During her high school career, Alexus has challenged herself academically by taking AP classes as well as Senior classes during her Junior year. She has done well academically, and has managed her time to include a part time job as well as her roles as a member of various clubs. As a result of all of her hard work, Alexus will graduate in the top fifteen percent of her class at Carson Senior High School in June 2017. As aforementioned, Alexus is also community oriented and works for the betterment of society. She has volunteered some hours during her high school career to help the less fortunate in our community as a member of CSF and has helped to raise awareness for various issues affecting the teens in her community through her election to the position of UPS Road Code Ambassador. Alexus also serves as a College Peer Counselor, a position in which she helps her fellow peers by informing them of college requirements and opportunities, Alexus is quite an amazing young woman. She is the embodiment of talent, Poise, discipline, responsibility, and intelligence.
