It is divided into themed units containing grammar, reading,

listening, and vocabulary, along with speaking and pronunciation
components. At the end of each unit there is a review page to
practise useful English, a writing task and a review section. At
the end of the book there is a Grammar focus section to
summarizing the grammar introduced in the units and some
further practice.
It has a modern and environmentally aware approach.
The website has interesting podcasts with authors and videos and
lots of resources but can be overwhelming for some of our
teachers.
Readings are rather short especially at the Intermediate level.
Some literary texts are included.
Listening exercises focus mainly in intonation and pronunciation
or general gist.
Writing tasks are well guided.
The workbook is well-organized, very similar to the Inside out one.
