Controlling officer, Site Engineer & Paying Officer: The SE & Area Manager, Kharagpur 400KV Area Office, WBSETCL, 3 No Dewan Maro, PO-Hiradihi, Kharagpur, Paschim Medinipur will be the Controlling Officer.
