Reset Trackspace and Docspace password: -

a. In few cases, user receives any email directly on Nagarro for resetting
the Trackspace / Docspace password. In case you have received this
email, click on the given link to generate a new password.
b. In case you have not received above mentioned email, kindly finish
step 1 first, login to webmail and then follow below steps.
c. Then open Trackspace via https://trackspace.lhsystems.com and link
on Cant access your account?
d. On the below page, select password and enter your username i.e. your
U number.
 An email having link for reset your password would be sent to your
Lufthansa email id.
e. Open the email and entered the desired password. Once done, you can
login to Trackspace. Please note, your Trackspace password would also
be your Docspace password. Docspace can be accessed via
https://docspace.lhsystems.com.
