Caroline and I sports-med a varsity baseball game at Loyola high school. We
provided water throughout the game and iced the athletes after the game.
During the game, Logan Pollock dived for a ball and injured his shoulder. We
massaged his shoulder so he could get back into the game and then iced it
once it was done. The pitcher also needed ice for his shoulder because of
overuse. I don't think there was an incident where an injury could have
occurred because the game was pretty mild with Notre Dame winning game by
a lot.
