Fika Lounge aims to contribute to the development of the city. At present it is
essential that entrepreneurs should start putting up a business that would
contribute to the socio-economic development of the city. In this project the
researchers consider the fact that the proposed project would be operating in a
social environment.
Every business has the primary purpose of obtaining a profit from their
economic endeavors. To completely achieve the main goal it is important that the
business would generate pleasant relationship between manager and employees.
The establishment will contribute to the advancement of the city by providing jobs
to its constituents and by contributing wealth to it. The city would also benefit from
properly sanitized and well developed facilities by addition of new business in its
vicinity.
Government and its Agencies

The government is the main entity that serving the society. Putting up a
business benefits the government by the form of tax, business will generate income
and part of it will sent to the government. Constituents pay tax and the government
use these funds, make the best out of it in serving and protecting the welfare of
every citizen. The governments allocation on benefits like unemployment benefits
will be lessen due to the tax revenue paid which may use more on education and
health services.

Community

The business will provide board games, books, Wi-Fi, unlimited coffee , tables
and comfy couch in delivering a cozy ambiance to the customers in order to help
them concentrate and focus on their school works or works. This will result in more
productive and satisfying accomplishment of their works. As a part of the business
corporate social responsibility, the business will abide to community rules and
regulations as well as to participate in the community's activities and program of
the community in which it operates to maintain the companys relationship with it.
