Take on a growth mindset and don't let personal insecurity keep you from asking questions.

Be present in whatever job you have and spend less time looking toward the "next thing"

Find niches within coaching that can make you valuable to your head coach.

Think like a head coach (every day) even when you are an assistant coach - this is good
preparation.

Be proactive - do things BEFORE the head coach asks you to.
