To the offices of SJ by River Styx,

On behalf of our team, I would like to present to you Daydream Pictures, an upcoming
group of young women striving for great success in the film industry. We would like to propose
Deception, a film based on the classic epic poem Paradise Lost, written by John Milton. Seeing
many recent films Beauty and the Beast, Maleficent, and The Jungle Book produce modern
takes on classic movies caught our attention. Our team at Daydream Pictures wants to continue
this usage of modernization in the film industry through our film, Deception.
Daydream Pictures is a modern group that visualizes new forms of producing films to
keep the industry both alive and fun. For this reason, we have decided to take a modern approach
on the original Adam and Eve story, conveyed in Miltons Paradise Lost. The film, Deception,
takes place in the modern day twenty-first century in the city of Miami, Florida. Deception
follows the lives and journeys of two of the films main characters, Eve and Lucifer. Both of
these personalities find themselves colliding in various conflicts, forms of temptations, and
deceptive sins. Lucifer embodies all of what the average person believes to be wrong, while Eve
embodies the innocence and purity of a woman. Eve is forced to make the ultimate decision that
will result in not only the outcome of her life, but also those around her and future generations to
come. The film is classified as a thriller as it will keep the audience on their toes wanting to see
more. We chose to take this approach for the movie as we wanted the films audience to
empathize Eve.
We understand your company has been introduced to other proposals for a film
adaptation on the epic Paradise Lost. However, we believe that Daydream Pictures offers a
unique and original film that is appropriate for all ages. We believe that there has been nothing
like this done before, and would love to be the first to introduce this adaptation to the world. We
strive to not only be successful in our careers, but to impact and light a spark in the lives of those
who watch our content.
The team at Daydream Pictures takes pride in the development of our ideas. We have put
in cautious work and effort in order to be able to have a successful film production. Our wide
array of directors includes specific directors for the casting, costumes, props, marketing, and
screenwriting of the adaptation. We are confident in our qualifications for such an ambitious
project and believe we have the justified amount of dedication to make the film possible. We are
merely asking for your partnership in order to allow the project to reach its fullest potential. It
would be an honor to be able to work with SJ by River Styx Entertainment Studios and see it as a
