Breast cancer is a disease that has affected the lives of many people in the world today.

Breast cancer is the uncontrolled growth of breast cells. Breast cancer occurs due to mutations in

the breast and also due to abnormal changes in the cells. Breast cancer can begin in different

areas of the breast, the ducts, the lobules, or in some cases, the tissue in between. In advanced

stages, it can spread to other organs. Breast cancer comes from a tumor that has developed from

cells in the breast. Over time, cancer cells can invade healthy breast tissue and make their way

into the underarm lymph nodes. Those lymph nodes are small organs that filter out foreign

substances in the body. Breast cancer is always caused by a genetic abnormality. However only

5% to 10% are inherited by your mother or father. When it comes to the rest of the percentage, it

is due to abnormalities or genetic mistakes that occurred in your genetic material.

There are steps every person can take to help the body stay as healthy as possible, such

as eating a balanced diet, maintaining a healthy weight, not smoking, limiting alcohol, and

exercising regularly. Besides maintaining a good healthy body, it still isn't enough to eliminate

the risks.
