Below the Admin building, buy the 70 Rs form, fill the form with the
Transcript code, ,go to the branch just besides it & pay the fees.
Now here is a twist, they charge 440 for each mark sheet & 440 for a degree
& 440 as registry charges, unlike other Uni's, where they charge flat fees for
transcripts of any kind.
They will send the transcripts themselves & will NOT handover to anybody,
even to the actual applicant.
Hence, they also need the copy of the filled & fees paid page of WES form,
which has your particular reference number & details that you need
transcripts & also which is to be sent to WES.
They are sending transcripts to Canada, so 440 charges of registry are for
sending abroad for obvious reasons.
Post 15 days of submitting your application, you can call the Certificate
Section on 0172-2534837 & they will provide you the Indian Post registry
number for your application.
From my experience, I would suggest you to call post 3 weeks.
From that num, you can track on the website www . indiapost . gov . in
As a rule of thumb always include your education from bottom up. That is your
bachelors to Master's. WES evaluations should be done for both even though some
people might say to get the highest degree evaluated. It is always much safer to
get both evaluated. Also while uploading documents include degree/transcripts of
bachelor's, master's and the WES ECA . Uploading everything is much better than
not uploading. Best of Luck!
YES IT HAS BEEN CANCELLED BECAUSE YOU DID NOT INCLUDE YOUR DEGREE
CERTIFICATE.
next time make sure that you upload your degree certificate in addition to WES. I
know a lot of people in the old system who got their files returned just because
they forgot to include degree certificates.
If you are on this page and do not understand what an ECA is, then
you must first go through the following link: Education Credential

Now that you understand WES Free Degree Equivalency tool and the
Documents required, proceed with Step 1.
Step 1: Create an account with WES and make
payment for ECA package
Once you have confirmed with your university that they are aware of
the process and can follow WES Documents guidelines, proceed with
account creation.
First of all, ensure that you are on WES Canada home page for ECA
In addition, be aware that WES has several packages meant for
different organisations and purposes. For Express Entry make sure
that you are on WES Canada website and ensure that you select ECA
package when creating the account.
Follow the link below to create an account and fill all the requested
info :
https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/createaccount.asp?loc=cic
You can make payment by credit card, cheque/money order, or
Western Union. The fees for ECA package is 200 CAD (excluding
charges for delivery and additional services). You can find fee details
in this link : http://www.wes.org/ca/eca/fees/
Once you are done creating your account you will get a Reference
number. Since WES identifies your documents based on this
reference number, it is important that you do not lose this reference
number.
Step : 2 Gather and dispatch (or arrange for
dispatch of) required docs
As discussed earlier, the documents required depend on the country
of education. Your specific documents and dispatch process can be
found in this link :http://www.wes.org/ca/eca/requireddocuments/
Please use this checklist as a guide to ensure that documents meet WES
requirements. Documents not received as specified will delay your credential
evaluation.
Remember to:
Make sure that your transcripts are valid and complete. Transcripts must show: all
subjects taken, grades received for each subject, and for each year you were in
the program.
Make sure that academic records include the correct spelling of your name and
other details. The WES evaluation will indicate the name and date of birth shown
on your academic records.
Make sure that all documents that are sent to WES are clear and legible.
Make sure that your transcripts are placed in an envelope that is signed and
sealed across the back flap by the institution preparing the documents.
Make sure that you follow the document requirements for your
country of education.
