Green Bean Stew (Lubyeh B LahM Yakne)

2 lb green beans, cleaned & cut in half


1 lb cubed lamb, beef, or pork
3 tbsp butter
1 large onion, diced
1 large can crushed tomatoes
Dash cinnamon
Dash allspice
tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Steamed rice

In stockpot, brown meat in butter; add onion & cook until onion is transparent. Add beans, tomatoes, cinnamon, allspice,
salt, pepper, and garlic; cook over low heat until beans are tender. Serve over rice.
