Server Based, because the different departments need different requirements and needs
to fit their workplace or workforce. With a server and administrators, they are all able to fit
said requirements.

2. Which network topology would be most appropriate in this situation and why?

Ring
Star
Mesh
Star bus
Star ring

The Ring method which would be most appropriate because it would be the easiest to connect
with the people you work with and it can fit many people into it without it's performance
worsening the workplace and their connection to the other departments.
