1.Why are problems arising concerning who has which document? Suggest at least one reason.

Problems could be arisen from the fact that theyre using an unconnected peer-to-peer method
rather than a server method. This is most likely because of the disconnections between the
companys network and how they transmitted the data between each other which might have
mixed them up. Without having a centralized server which could govern their data sharing,
they are able to mix up some of the data shared.

2.What one change could you make that would give you centralized control of the access to
these documents? Be thorough.

One method of sharing data is Token passing which is when a token is passed from computer
to computer until it gets to a computer that has data to send.

3.Describe one change that your solution will bring to the users' operating environment. Be
thorough.
The environment will change for the users in the sense that they will be able to share data efficiently
and safely without anything getting anything confused, having one computer passing to the next will
also allow it to have a linear, organized stream of data.
