All Sr DSTE’s and Dy.CSTE’s are requested to utilize the seats allotted to them. ‘Some information := L Trainees may be advised to report STTC Hostel one day in Advance of the commencement of the Course. 2.Trainees whose Quarter is beyond 08 Km.from KGP for them staying at STTC Hostel is Compulsary. 3.Trainees are required to deposit Rs.150/-(Approx.) in average per day as mess Charges. Mess Off is not allowed during Training 4. The Trainee Particulars ( PF, DOB, DOA, Bill Unit Number, Controlling Officer, Bill Compling Officer, ‘Specimen Signature Etc.) must be mentioned in the Sparing Letter. 5. Duty Pass should be issued to the trainees for Outward and return journey by the Controlling. Unit 6. As per CSTE/GRC’s advice minimum 10 (ten ) numbers Trainces required to run the Special Courses. 7.
