I ,Alexa Gabriela Flores-Radillo, should be considered to become the sales associate. I have
benefited from being involved in many community events. I learned skills of becoming a good
leader and how to become a positive influence. By being involved I have improved my
communication skills. I have ran my own meetings to better the community and it taught me how
to coordinate and become organize. It takes a lot of skill and effort to run a meeting. I am not afraid
to stand up for what is right, I can recognize from right and wrong.

I am a very motivated, compassionate, and respectful. I am motivated to get my work done when it
is needed. I will always try to better my skills and understanding. I will do what I can or go above
and beyond to make others joyable. I am very respectful towards others. I believe respect isnt
given until it is earned. I am determined to gain respect from my colleagues and my peers. I believe
being motivated, compassionate, and respectful are key traits for the position I am applying for.

I believe I will become and excellent employee because with my traits and skill I will have
excellent communications with the customers and my colleagues. I will get along with others no
matter how difficult it can be. I will always get my all to all my assignments.
