O.J. Simpson found not guilty in 1995 slayings

O.J Simpson was found not guilty on two counts of murder

by a jury consisting of ten women and two men. The
verdict ended a ten-month trial on a sixteen-month-
old murder. The courtroom was filled with emotions.
O.J. Simpsons family celebrated, as the family of
Ronald Goldman mourned. An hour after the trial,
Simpson returned home to his mansion in a police-
owned Ford Aerostar van, followed by police. The jury
will begin their return home tomorrow after two-
hundred and twenty-six days in a hotel for trial. O.J. Simpson is officially released after
fifteen months in jail.
