Dear Governor Marcos,

Greetings!

To fast track the preparation of the feasibility study, the Luzon A

Project Support Office (PSO) and Regional Project Coordination Office 1
(RPCO1) will re-validate the infrastructure subproject proposals
of the Municipalities of Pinili and Badoc, which is the 10.74-
kilometer Rehabilitation of Salanap-Bungro-Pugaoan-
Madupayas-Camanga-Liliputen Farm to Market Road (FMR).
Also, the group will validate for the first time the infrastructure
subproject proposal of the Municipality of Nueva Era, which is
the 3.64-kilometer Rehabilitation of Poblacion-Sto. Nio FMR,
on 18-19 May 2016. These subprojects are proposed in support of the
mango commodity under the Philippine Rural Development Project
(PRDP) for CY 2016.

With this, we would like to request the Ilocos Norte PPMIU and the
municipalities concerned to assist our group during the validation. The
attendance of the engineers who are directly involved in the
preparation of the feasibility study, program of works, and detailed
engineering design, and preparation of the social and environmental
documentary requirements will be of utmost importance.
