Learning insights / Outcomes:

The appreciation of the process types, highlighting the continuous process flow some of my classmates

share their inputs in terms of their work experience and expertise. For the processing of cements my

classmate who works for eagle cement which he shares how a particular raw material as identified as

limestones up to the bagging and the capacity on supplying Philippines, and the fluctuation of prices

based from the availability of the raw material. Another sample is from RJ which he shared the processing

or refining on oils from bunker oils to cosmetic products, which I discovered that one of the reason why

the oil process is going down due to a new way to get oil from versus from conventional way of digging.
