Statutory Declaration

The subscriber/undersigned ______________________________ ,

participant at the International Summerschool organized by NILS-Bucharest
Chapter, declares:

I will respect the schedule realised by the association and I will not depart
fom the activities proposed by the association, except having an approval
I will take responsability for any damage done in the dorm rooms and I
will release the room on 11th July after it is checked
I will take responsability for any damage done in the faculty or other
places I go during the program
NILS Bucharest Chapter is not responsible for the activities the
participant students are engaging in outside the program of the project
I will adopt a respectful attitude and I will respect the indications given by
the organizers of the project
Any deviation from the regulation imposed by the association will lead to
the exclusion from the project
