Voting:

The Leader will always abstain from votes unless a tie breaking vote or a unanimous vote
is required. The Leader reserves the right to quash a vote that violates the clan rules, or
generally does not fall in line with established clan culture.

Votes requiring majority:

-Elder promotions/demotions
-War Rules

Votes requiring unanimous decision:

-Kicking any member who has been in the clan longer than 3 months
-Coleader promotions/demotions

Generally items requiring a vote should be initiated at/near the end of a month/season and
should be put in a separate kik chat dedicated to that issue. The Leader will record all
changes in the monthly record
