I would like to explain some of these ways you earn money:

Referral Bonus:

For every person you introduce into h2i you earn a referral bonus of 20%
of the registration fee i.e. 20% x $40 = $8 (N1320) at N165 per $ which
is the general gure use for this business. Either dollar increase or
decrease.

Matrix Bonus:

For every Matrix Stage you complete, you are given a bonus in terms of
cash of $10-$80,000, computers, phones, cars, depending on the Matrix
Stage.

Matching Bonus:

For every person you refer directly or indirectly and they nish their own
matrix stage to the next, you are given a matching bonus of $100-$600
depending on the Matrix Stage.

Yearly Innity Bonus:

When you get to the Prime Ministers Stage and Trustee Stage you
would always be credited with the sum of $5000 $10,000 every year.

Compensation Plan Explained

STAGE 1 (ASSOCIATE):

The stage 1 (Associate stage) is a 2 x 2 Matrix made up of 2 levels

comprising a total of 6 people. All you have to do is refer 2 people (level
1) or better still 6 people (level 2) and you qualify to the next stage with
the following earnings and incentives.

Earningsand Incentives

Level 1 Referral Bonus earned by referring 2 people: $8 x2 people = $16

Level 2 Referral Bonus earned by referring a total of 6 people = $8 x 6 =

$48

Matrix Bonus for completing the Associate Level = $10

Total amount earned from First Level (ASSOCIATE LEVEL) = $58 (i.e.
$48 + 10)

STAGE 2 (MASTERS)

The second stage (Master) is made up of 2X5 Matrix made up of 5

levels comprising of a total of 62 people

Level Money earned $100

10% matching bonus to upliner, ( meaning that 10% of whatever your

down line makes as regards to referrals and bonus is paid to you , this is
called the Matching Bonus.

Please Note:You have to nish the Stage 2 or Masters stage to

progress to the Stage 3 Matrix (Super Masters Stage) to get all the
incentives and bonuses. For you to move to the next stage,your 2initial
or 6initial downlines from the previous stage (associate stage) must
qualify into the Stage 2, this would automatically take you to stage 3 (
Super Masters Stage).

STAGE 3 (SUPER MASTERS STAGE)

The Stage 3 ( Super Master) is a 2X5 Matrix made up of 5 levels

comprising of a total of 62 people
