The Enlightenment Philosophers: What was Their Idea?

Every human is man is born with the inalienable rights, that is freedom. What if John Locke

never proposed his idea of Natural Law and Natural Right, or if Voltaire never proposed his idea

of religious tolerance, or if Adam smith never proposed his idea of natural freedom, or if Mary

wollstonecraft never had her ideas of female freedom and equality to men. If these people never

shared their ideas then we wouldn't be free we would loose the simple pleasure of choice.

Voltaire believed that every man should be able to practice their religion without any

persecution without people shaming them he believed in religious tolerance, this is kind of what

we need in america at the moment. Voltaire was Born in November 21, 1694, in Paris, France he

was Influenced by: John Locke, Isaac Newton, William Shakespeare. Which brings me to my

next person.

John Locke believed that every man should have rights that they are born with Rights that

cannot be striped away they will not be taken away from them. People in like 3rd world countries

don't have the rights that john locke proposed, its very sad. John locke was born: August 29, 1632,

Wrington, United Kingdom. He died died: October 28, 1704, High Laver, United Kingdom. Another famous

person lived in the UK adam smith.

Adam Smith number two on my list of favs believed in natural freedom that every man has equal rights

to the next, and that those rights cannot be taken away.

 Mary wollstonecraft one of the very first feminists, someone who believed in equal rights for all men

and women alike. She believes that men and women born with the same rights and those rides cannot be

taken away by anyone including the government, etc.

In conclusion all these people contributed to the freedom that we have today that every man woman

and child of any color is equal no matter what and the government cannot take away of these alienable

rights.
