For my project, I started lifting weight and eating healthy foods, after that

make a manual book that about exercises and foods that good for
human body. I started this project because I wanted to gain weight
because in my childhood, I was very small, skinny, and not strong
enough because of these reasons, I wanted make my body to get bigger
and stronger. When I started this project, I was 158.7 lbs, now on I'm on
185 lbs. My strength got stronger than before I worked out too.
